While looking to purchase our first home we found a home that needed many repairs. We called around and had a difficult time finding a contractor in our area that could help us out. We found one contractor that wanted $350.00 just to give an estimate. While talking to our Realtor and explaining what we were going through to find a good contractor they suggested DJ Tosh with Nine-Ten Builders. The Realtor gave him a call for us and he came right over to the Realtors. DJ promptly went to the house and gave us an estimate at no cost.
We were apprehensive at first being first time home buyers and hearing other people’s nightmares [but] we must say it was the best decision we have ever made! DJ and his crew were there when they said they would be there. They worked very hard, were attentive to details and very accommodating. Nine-Ten builders are very honest and trustworthy; they saved us lots of money by only repairing what really needed to be repaired. DJ even spoke to us a couple of times while working on our house of areas that weren’t as bad as originally thought and saved us enough money to have a bathroom and several windows put in that weren’t even originally considered with our budget. DJ and his crew went out of their way to help us in every way that they could. They were also great with our rambunctious dog.
We have since had Nine-Ten builders back a couple of times for other home improvements and recent damage done by a storm. We wouldn’t call anyone else. We highly recommend Nine-Ten builders to anyone looking for a Quality, Reliable and Honest contractor!
